From my first primitive Facebook Messenger bot in 2016 to the LLuMi 70B reasoning model I built in 2025; every step below is not just an idea on paper, but a milestone I personally shipped and that thousands of users have experienced. You won't find fancy pitch decks or vague roadmaps here. Just a decade of dedicated work and concrete projects built year by year.

SkyBot — The First Step
I coded a bot running on Facebook Messenger that wasn't trapped in static decision trees. In years when no one was using the term "Conversational AI" yet, I built a system that genuinely "spoke" — one that understood jokes, tracked context, and had a distinctive character of its own.

SkyBot: Meeting Voice
During that infamous period when Google shut down Discord music bots, I built my own solution. Same name, an entirely new arena: it became an intense engineering school where I learned what it takes to keep real-time audio alive under heavy load and race against milliseconds.

One of the World's First Native RAG Agents
The moment the ChatGPT API began changing the world, I integrated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture into Discord. AWS-backed and with deep contextual awareness, this project went down in history as one of the world's first RAG-based native agent implementations.

Lucy: From Infrastructure to Platform
Eight years of chatbot, voice streaming, and RAG experience converged into a single vision. I started building Lucy from scratch — not as just another "API wrapper," but as a voice-first, enterprise-grade, multi-channel communication platform.

LLuMi Models: Deep Reasoning
I released my own model family: LLuMi 3B, 8B, and 70B. Customized with instruction tuning, distilled from R1-class reasoning, and delivered with open weights, these models elevated the intelligence capacity of multilingual, real-time autonomous agents to a new level.

Vorden: The Ultimate Vision
After ten years of teaching machines to talk, I brought all of my experience together under a single roof: Vorden. Lucy remained as the soul and voice of the platform. Voice, SMS, web chat, WhatsApp, and Telegram — all live today with a single autonomous agent, a consistent personality, and Omni-Memory (central memory).
7+ years in finance and business development: financial reporting at the NASDAQ-listed Glimpse Group, operational roles across 10+ startups, and hands-on parts in $10M+ funding rounds and a managed exit. Now he's building Vorden's financial foundation.

Most AI tools today still leave the work to the human; endless prompt engineering, copy-pasting context, and manually switching between dozens of apps. We're building the exact opposite of this clunky process. Vorden is a digital colleague that absorbs context within the first second, acts autonomously on intent, and follows the work (the loop) through to the very end across every channel your customer reaches you on.

Experience First, Feature Second
Every new capability in Vorden earns its place only if it makes a real interaction faster, clearer, or more "human." If a feature just adds complexity without improving the user experience, it doesn't make it into our codebase.

Data sovereignty is non-negotiable: your data stays within EU borders. Encryption architecture, audit logs, and compliance controls weren't bolted onto Vorden after the fact — they've been embedded into the core of the infrastructure from day one.

We believe AI should evolve in the open, not behind closed doors. That's why we provide open weights for our models (LLuMi) and transparent documentation for our APIs. Instead of "walled gardens," we choose open partnerships built together.
